Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, it was there where at the tender age of five that I feel in love with acting while performing in my first play Going Buggy. Since then I have worked extensively in arts as an actor, director, program-coordinator, and instructor. I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Acting from Wright State University in Dayton, OH, where I was a recipient of the Augsburger-Estevez Award for 2001 given by actor Martin Sheen to an outstanding actor at the college level. I also earned my Masters in Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Texas at Austin. I have been seen in both regional and national commercials and I am a proud member of the AEA and SAG-AFTRA.
As for my love of fitness I am an avid runner with a long background in health, movement, and fitness. I hold certifications in Schwinn Indoor Sports Cycling, Group Fitness from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and Personal Training through the YMCA of the USA. I believe that the journey of fitness is about embracing change. Group Indoor Cycling is such a powerful method of health and fitness training, allowing someone to first transform their body, then their life. Overcoming physical challenges while exercising strengthens not only your muscles, but also your resolve to conquer everyday stresses, leading to an elevated quality of life.
